O brasileiro Thales Leites ficou momentaneamente sem adversário para o UFC 90 de 25 de outubro, em Chicago. Uma lesão nas costas fez o croata Goran Reljic ter que se retirar da luta.  Para o lugar do croata foi escalado o americano Drew McFedries.

UFC veteran Drew McFedries has been tapped to step in to face Thales Leites at UFC 90 in Chicago.Croatian Goran Reljic had to withdraw from the fight over the weekend due to problems with his back.
